As an effort to generate awareness on the benefit of Blood Donation and Health Screen by individuals NIST took the initiative that would serve two purposes that need to be highlighted; fostering the concept of a healthy lifestyle and assist National Blood Bank in maintaining ample supply of blood types that are crucial in saving lives in times of emergency. In collaboration with TATA FINANCIALS NIST was able to enhance corporate presence with a cause in mind. Interesting involvement of TEAM NIST asdonors , NIST had made this a worthwhile activity. It is the organisations' mission to elevate the social consciousness and a feeling of joy and satisfaction among the team,in which is a seed planted on this day to contribute to the society in a big way the long run.
NIST is planning to launch Blood Donation Camp as its own initiative in the recent future.
