In practical, organizations have fire extinguishers strategically placed throughout the workplace but that is not enough to ensure safety. Fire safety goes far beyond having fire extinguishers at workplace and this training allows candidates to develop their basic fire safety awareness. It is very important to ensure safety of building occupants since fire scenarios create panic and this training helps building competence. Actions of employees during fire remain crucial to their safety and that of other people in the premises. Therefore, employees must be well familiar with fire preventive measures and basic emergency procedures.

Fire Drill - training session was successfully completed and conducted by Mr. Bharath- NIST on 22-07-2017 at our ongoing project at Koyambedu. Mr Barath has demonstrated the Fire hazards and rescue instructions with understandable steps to our Pile RIG operators and Electricians at site premises. 95 workers and 15 engineers participated in this training
The participants found the session very engaging and informative. The trainer made the training interesting adding a dash of humor. The content was apt and suited the needs of our Hotel. Overall we would rate the training as excellant.
