Student feedback

WHS Officer
Australian High Commission
I would like to take this opportunity to share my feedback regarding the training and admin support during the course of IGC training (from February 16th to March 1st 2018).
Personally I enjoyed the Course and the jovial approach of presenting it by the trainer Mr. Manish.
I believe that Manish's expertise alongside his professional, patient and genuine approach was invaluable to each of the participants. Truly he is a wonderful engaging presenter who makes us easy to listen as well. The Course was coordinately a theoretical mix along with practical examples of his vast safety experience during his safety career and anecdotes. It was presented in an enthusiastic and interactive way. The Course content was very informative and can be related to our day to day events and was so enjoyable. It left us with a real feel-good factor. I can recommend it as a detailed course in Health and Safety to anyone who is interested in pursuing a career in safety.

The admin team of Ms. Anshu, Ms. Alka, Mr. Sudhakar and support staff has been really helpful, patient, proactive and cordial in their approach. Every aspect of training, be it the delivery of course material, attendance or refreshments, was duly taken care of.

Besides pros, I would like to give some suggestions to add value to the overall training programme. The discussion of ILO codes and standards can also be included in the presentation. As a WHS officer, this will help me to discharge my duties safely and securely and face legal issues with ease. Similarly, more number of support personnel would be a better option to guide trainees in taking up the IGC exam and submission of project, which will help them to plan and take-up the exams without any hassles. As far as the admin support is concerned, I didn't face any difficulties. It may possibly require better procedures to meet the services like couriering, invoicing, etc.

I thank again NIST for all their support that helped me to have a good training experience.
